What we keep
Your name, your email address, the camera system you told us you shoot, and the photographs you upload together with the information attached to them. When an editor decides on one of your photographs we keep a record of that decision, so that the history of a picture stays readable.
What is shown
Your name, your profile and your albums are public. Your email address is never shown to anyone. Photographs still in your Inbox are visible only to you and the editors.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to anyone else, except where it is needed to run the site or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can correct your details at any time from your account. You can withdraw the permission you gave for any photograph by writing to the address below; we then stop using it and remove it from the site. You can ask us there to close your account too; photographs that editors have recognised stay published and stay credited to you, and everything else is removed.
